Description of Service
These Terms of Service apply to all users of our online media services, content distribution services, and community-provided services through our website, video streaming services, mobile and desktop applications, and TV (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms govern your use of the Services, including all functionalities, features, streaming services, audio, visual, written media, PDFs, website links, user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services as provided by BREATH YOGA STUDIO, LLP (the “Company”).
Acceptance and Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove any terms or conditions of these Terms of Service without notice or liability to you. Any changes to these Terms of Service shall be effective immediately upon posting. You agree to review these Terms of Service periodically, and your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Access and Use of Service
Users accessing the Services must be at least thirteen (13) years old. Users registering for the Services and uploading User Generated Content must be at least eighteen (18) years old. The Company makes no claims that the Services may be lawfully accessed in any specific location. Access to the Services may not be legal for certain persons or in certain jurisdictions. When you access the Services, you are solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.
Your Conduct
The Services may be used only for lawful purposes related to streaming and related materials. The Company specifically prohibits any use of the Services for purposes other than those designated by the Company. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:
Accessing data not intended for you or logging into a server or account you are not authorized to access
Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization
Interfering with service to any user, host, or network, including submitting a virus, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mailbombing,” or “crashing”
Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any email or newsgroup posting
Scraping or harvesting data or using robots to skew payouts
Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and cooperate with law enforcement in prosecuting users involved in such violations.
You are solely responsible for your conduct in the community forum. We ask that all parties create a welcoming environment and treat everyone with respect. Bullying, degrading comments, and promotions of your own business are not allowed. If you witness harassment or inappropriate behavior, please contact our community admins immediately. Contributions to the site are public, and failure to follow our community guidelines may result in account suspension or removal.
User Information
You are solely responsible for the information you input or upload to the Services and warrant that you have the right and authorization to register for the Services and post User Generated Content. The Company reserves the right to determine if the information you upload complies with the Terms of Service, other Company policies, and applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to offer Company or third-party services and products to you based on your preferences unless you opt out of receiving such offers.
Username/Password/Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all uses of your account. If someone else uses your device, ensure you log out to prevent unauthorized access. Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your username and password.
Use of Services
The Services are intended solely for video streaming and related materials. Each user is responsible for determining if the Services meet their needs. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, including viewing content on the Company’s website and applications.
If you choose to access any paid components of the Services, you agree to pay all associated fees and charges. These fees will be charged to your credit card, and you must maintain valid credit card information as part of your account.
Access to Services – Subscriptions & Purchases
The Services may offer digital content on a pay-per-view, subscription, rental, or purchase basis. The applicable fees and terms will be indicated on the product detail page. Subject to payment, the Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to view the video stream based on your selected option.
The Company does not guarantee the resolution and quality of the digital content due to variables such as connection speed, location, devices, and bandwidth.
Payments & Billing
Payment plans for digital content may change at the Company’s discretion. By purchasing a plan, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Receipts will be sent to the registered email account. Subscriptions continue until cancelled, and you must cancel according to the plan’s terms to avoid billing.
User Comments and Suggestions
While the Company values user feedback, please refrain from submitting creative ideas or inventions. Any unsolicited submissions will become the property of the Company, and the Company will own all rights to such submissions, with no obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you.
Intellectual Property
The Company’s trademarks and trade names are the exclusive property of the Company. The Services, including all content and software, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not sell, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the Services content or software for any purpose.
Social Networking

Use of Software

Warranty Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or the security of transmissions. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Services, including direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. The maximum liability of the Company is limited to the amount paid for the Services.
Indemnification

Additional Terms and Conditions
These Terms do not create any joint ventures, partnerships, or employer/employee Relationships. The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of India, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Kolkata. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce any right or claim does not waive it. You may not assign these Terms or your rights. This Agreement creates rights and obligations only between the Company and each user, not any third parties.
