After subscribing to the online classes, how many sessions can I attend in a month?

You can attend/access all the classes of the month, which is essentially around 25 new classes, along with all previous classes, as well as reference practice videos.

How do I subscribe for your classes?

You can leave us your details on our website form and someone from our team shall connect with you within 24 hours. You can also WhatsApp/ message us on Instagram to book a trial session.

If I have certain needs that I want to be addressed through yoga, is that possible?

Yes. We encourage interactive participation where our attendees tell us their areas of focus and we help them meet their goals.

What is the attire I should wear while doing yoga?

Wear comfortable clothes that you can stretch in. Track pants are ideal.

How long should the gap be between yoga and a meal?

We suggest a minimum gap of 90 minutes. However, if you’ve only had tea and/or fruits, even 45 minutes is fine.

What are your monthly charges?

Will yoga help me lose weight?

Yoga will certainly help you lose inches in a sustainable manner.

Can I join in the middle of the month?

Yes you can. Please get in touch with us through Whatsapp or Instagram to understand our billing for the same.

Can I subscribe for a trial class?

We offer a complimentary three day trial for our offline sessions. You can also take a demo of our physical class by paying 500 INR for a single session. Please leave an inquiry on our contact form and we shall get in touch with you to schedule the same.
