About Breath Yoga Studio — Kolkata's Longest-Running Yoga Studio
Since 2009, helping people from all walks of life tame anxiety, melt stress, and find joy in their bodies.
Our Story
Founded in 2009 by Rashi Nahata in Kolkata, Breath Yoga Studio began as a vision to create a space where people could find peace, strength, and joy through the practice of yoga.
Over the years, we were joined by the talented Mudita Kajaria and Vartika Agarwalla, each bringing their unique expertise and passion for yoga to our growing community.
What started as a physical studio in Kolkata evolved dramatically during the 2020 pandemic, when we pivoted to online classes — reaching practitioners worldwide and building a global community of yogis. Our mission: to help people develop stronger internal ties through diverse yoga experiences.
Our Philosophy
From energizing sweaty flows to deep, blissful restorative practices — yoga for every individual's needs.
Accessibility

Community

Holistic Wellness
