Overview & Cancellation Process

To cancel or request a refund: email breathyogastudio@gmail.com with your reason and details. Our team reviews each request and confirms cancellation plus any refund due.

Cancellation Window

Cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of ordering or scheduling — covering online memberships, class packages, workshops, and private sessions. Later requests are evaluated case by case.

Refunds, Fees & Processing

Refunds are at the discretion of Breath Yoga LLP based on reason, timing, usage, and circumstances. Approved refunds are processed within 60 business days to the original payment method. Cancellation or administrative fees may apply.

Service-Specific Rules

• Online membership: cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period.
• Class packages: unused classes refundable within 48 hours; packages cannot be refunded after expiry.
• Private sessions: 24-hour notice required; same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged.
