Studio Classes


Situated in the heart of natural surroundings, our studio space has a very calming and tranquil vibe. It features soft lighting, with relaxing design elements to help you clear your mind. Our three yogis conduct intense sessions with personalised focus and attention to help you achieve your goals and push your mental, physical and spiritual boundaries.

Our online classes make use of specially designed playlists and thoughtful illumination to bring the same vibe of our space into your homes.
Our signature virtual class styles, created by our founders, will increase your strength, flexibility, stability and improve mental clarity and calmness.

Our Active Alignment class, which is suitable for all levels. It is aimed at providing you with detailed cues to aid in better posture, strength and flexibility. These are primarily Hatha-style classes with longer holds. We especially recommend these sessions for new yogis, looking to begin their journey, as well as seasoned practitioners, who seek to deepen their poses.

Our Fiery Flow class is developed for familiar yogis. They are highly challenging, accentuated by smooth transitions and flowy sequences. These sessions draw inspiration from the Vinyasa style, where you break into a sweat and feel a sweet release at the end of a session.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is a great way to stay active during pregnancy. It’s both gentle and low impact, while offering physical and mental benefits. Our classes are conducted by yoga experts especially trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga. Small batch sizes ensure that each student gets personal attention. Join these sessions either at our Loudon street studio or online ( through zoom )from the comfort of your home . Classes will focus on :a

Kids Yoga

Introducing our traditional wisdom of yoga to kids at an early age will go a long way . Yoga asanas and breathwork are weaved into fun stories and games. Through fun and play the little ones discover this beautiful world of yoga an carry this knowledge with them beyond the mat.
