Founded in 2009 by Rashi Nahata in Kolkata, Breath Yoga Studio began as a vision to create a space where people could find peace, strength, and joy through the practice of yoga.
Over the years, we were joined by the talented Mudita Kajaria and Vartika Agarwal, each bringing their unique expertise and passion for yoga to our growing community.
What started as a physical studio in Kolkata evolved dramatically during the 2020 pandemic, when we pivoted to online classes. This transformation allowed us to reach practitioners worldwide, creating a global community of yogis.
