Kids Classes

Introducing our traditional wisdom of yoga to kids at an early age will go a long way . Yoga asanas and breathwork are weaved into fun stories and games. Through fun and play the kids from age 4-8 years discover this beautiful world of yoga and carry this knowledge with them beyond the
mat.

Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal yoga is one of the best things you can do for yourself during and after pregnancy. Not only does it prepare your body and mind for birthing, but it also keeps you active and supple as you step into motherhood.

Rashi Nahata

Rashi is the pioneering founder of our concept and space, and you wouldn’t have met someone as gentle and calming as her. Her sessions are intensive in nature, and yet, you’ll be motivated to glide through it all, when guided by her soothing narrative. She is certified in many yoga techniques, such as Yin, Wheel, Prenatal, Viniyasa to name a few.. Rashi is very inspired by ancient lifestyle practices, with a passion for Ayurvedic learning and yoga therapy.

Mudita Kajaria

Mudita’s forte lies in her meditative prowess. A Bharatnatyam dancer by passion and practice, she is trained in Vinyasa, Wheel, Prenatal and Yin yoga forms. There is something flowy and uplifting about her sessions, where she combines each movement with a result-oriented stance. Devoted to spreading the magic of yoga, Mudita travels far and wide to attend and conduct classes and bring together the yoga community.

Vartika Agarwalla

Vartika brings a personal motive to each one of her classes. A motive to honour and embrace each student’s search for personal growth, well-being, and fulfilment. An adventurous soul, she is an ardent believer of the Sattvic way of living. She is blessed with a beautiful voice, and her flare for classic music elevates her classes tremendously. She is trained in Vinyasa, Wheel and YogaNidra forms, and her sessions are structured creatively, but are challenging nonetheless.
