A physical exercise, or a way of life, Yoga can be something different to everyone.
At Breath Yoga Studio, we help people coming from all walks of life tame anxiety, melt stress, and find joy in their bodies so they can reclaim their power and live their lives with purpose.
Our journey began in 2009, when our founder, Rashi Nahata, established a cozy, welcoming yoga studio in the heart of the City of Joy. A little later, she was joined by two other yogis, Mudita Kajaria and Vartika Agarwal, who shared her passion for the practice. Each session at Breath Yoga is a unique experience, propelled by a variety of routines and sequences.
Over the years, we have witnessed hundreds of you swarming in flocks into our space, eagerly wanting to experience the joy of yoga. In 2020, when the world was struck by a pandemic, we pivoted our model to online classes, facilitated through Instagram. Every cloud has a silver lining; Breath Yoga opened its doors to the world through this move, and we now have international students practicing with us as well.

OUR CLASSES

ACTIVE ALIGNMENT
Our Active Alignment class, which is suitable for all levels. It is aimed at providing you with detailed cues to aid in better posture, strength and flexibility. These are primarily Hatha-style classes with longer holds. We especially recommend these sessions for new yogis, looking to begin their journey, as well as seasoned practitioners, who seek to deepen their poses.

FIERY FLOW
Our Fiery Flow class is developed for familiar yogis. They are highly challenging, accentuated by smooth transitions and flowy sequences. These sessions draw inspiration from the Vinyasa style, where you break into a sweat and feel a sweet release at the end of a session.

YIN
We conduct both yin and yin yang classes. Our yin sessions mainly involve deep stretches that open up your body and mind. The meditative regimes within the workout are highly restorative and rejuvenating in spirit. Our yin yang classes are a mix of dynamic as well as deep stretches, focused to get into the deep layers of your physical and mental core. It channels your energy towards developing greater strength and will power.
